How to Use OnniTurva

Using OnniTurva is easy. Book your OnniBus bus trip and add the €5 OnniTurva additional service to your cart. If you need to cancel your trip, send us an email with the cancellation request at least 48 hours before departure, and you’ll receive a refund for your travel ticket. Please note that OnniTurva does not cover the cost of cancellation protection or booking fees.

Adding OnniTurva to Your Reservation

Select the desired ticket from your cart and add one OnniTurva regardless of the number of passengers. For connecting trips, one OnniTurva is sufficient, and for round trips, you should choose it separately for each leg if needed. Please be aware that OnniTurva is not available for partner carriers’ trips or connecting trips between OnniBus and partner services.
