How do I book an assistant ticket for a bus trip?

Our OnniBus MEGA double-decker buses have a low-floor entrance and seats suitable for disabled people. In our double-decker buses, it is also possible to sit in a wheelchair throughout the journey.

If necessary, an assistant can travel with a person with reduced mobility or a disabled person. We offer the assistant a free trip. The assistant must be notified to our customer service well in advance of the trip in order to reserve a seat for the departure. We recommend using the EU Disability Card to verify the need for an assistant. However, the card is not mandatory.
